Julie (or Jules) was born and raised in Altoona Pennsylvania. If you’re wondering where that is, it is basically in the middle of the state! The rest of her family still lives in the Altoona area. She enjoys going to visit whenever possible because she misses a lot of food and drink unique to the area.
She received her bachelor’s degree from Penn State University (Go Penn State!) in Sports Management. She originally wanted to become the General Manager of a minor league baseball stadium, but since she is human, she changed her mind. She did however work for two minor league baseball teams before changing her mind. She did her internship with the Harrisburg Senators in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. At the time they were the AA (double A) affiliate of the Montreal Expos. Once she graduated, she became the ticket and group sales manager for the Hagerstown Suns in Hagerstown, Maryland. At that time they were the A (single A) affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. She hopes to receive her Masters degree in the future.
She began working with Jan and Lou in August of 2005 where she is the Director of Client Services. So far she has enjoyed the job and the clients.
Julie takes pleasure in going to the gym, reading, hanging out with friends, and trying to play golf. Yes it says trying, she’s not the best, but she still enjoys the challenge. When she is home she enjoys going to the lake with her family and waterskiing. Her favorite sports are baseball and football.
